Shipping & Returns
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post or our courier network. Please allow 3 weeks processing (making) of your order before delivery will commence. Postage is available worldwide and subject to your countries customs regulations. If your country is found to not allow Project Protect products, a full refund of your paid order will be provided based on the exchange rate at time of your original payment.
If your address changes during the processing time frame of your order, it is your responsibility to advise Project Protect of your new address. Unless otherwise advised, your order will be sent to the address provided at time of order placement.

Express Post is available however not all postcodes are guaranteed next business day delivery. Please visit Australia post website to review the postcodes within the Express Post Network.
Project Protect is not responsible or liable for delayed postage once your order has been posted. Project Protect is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged items once your order has been posted.
If your order has been sent via registered mail, to claim compensation for lost or damaged items, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
Once your order is confirmed Project Protect does not allow cancellation of orders due to the customisation and personalisation of each order. Please choose your items carefully as we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Thorough checks are conducted by Project Protect before posting, however we will replace a product if it is found to be a genuine manufacturers fault.
Errors made by the customer when ordering will be rectified at the expense of the customer. Any problems with your order must be reported via email within 5 business days of receipt of your goods. Project Protect does not accept returned products without written approval first.
Once approved for replacement due to a faulty product, Project Protect will cover the return postage costs. After an assessment of the product has been performed and the fault confirmed the replacement will be provided.
